The set of four workout cards corresponds to the four levels of the Core Performance Essentials Book and DVD Series (customers who purchase the Essentials DVDs receive the cards inside each of the corresponding DVDs). Cards show photos and prescriptions for each exercise, and can be taken to the gym or on the road to make your program completely mobile. All cards are laminated to minimize wear and tear.
