I bought the Foamfoller on Thursday and have only done about 2minutes each from the DVD and I can't believe how it has helped me. My right hip and inner thigh does not hurt as much (down about 90%)
I am 68yrs and will continue to work with the foamroller.Thanks so much

Wow. I injured my lower back in may of this year and have played only 9 holes about 6 times since then, when my back has felt up to it. i work at a computer, so I sit all day. I've been going to the chiropractor for 2 months or so, and I just did the lower back massage with the foam roller and am literally amazed. It hurt something fierce, but I held on the really sore spots just like the book said and did a nice massage on both sides of my lower back. The relief is instant and incredible. I can now get up out of my chair like a normal human being and basically without pain. I am SOLD. Do yourself the favor.

I bought it for the foam roll, stayed for the DVD. The DVD is worth the price of the product.
