This is an incredibly high value and high-quality bench. This bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 guage tubing and has cushions constructed of 3/4" - 7 ply plywood with self-skinned foam construction. These are the most durable and attractive cushions available. The bench has no removable parts to lose or misplace and can be adjusted from the seated position. It adjusts from flat (0 degrees) to 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position, and it comes fully assembled with only one bolt to adjust before use. Weights NOT included.
