The SportBlock® is a perfect starting point for younger and smaller or less experienced Core Performance athletes. This will continue to be a useful set for pre-hab activities even after you have gained greater strength and moved up to the next sets. This set adjusts from 3-21 lbs in 3 lb increments (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 lbs) in each hand. This set has a maximum weight of 21 lbs per hand. It replaces 7 pair or 14 fixed dumbbells that would have a combined weight of 168 lbs.
